Service Description

In this appointment, you will be able to consult with a coach who will conduct an assessment into your current state, and will then complete a detailed report and provide initial advice, emailed directly to you afterwards! The following areas will be assessed: -Current situation and objectives -Emotional state -Current habits and activities -Current quality of life (analysing 10 different aspects of living) -Quality of character -Analysis of friendship groups -Support mechanisms The appointment will last varying amounts of time for different people, however you will have up to 1:30 hrs with your allocated coach.
