How the project started, and why...

It all started when Sam came to a realisation that he was not getting what he wanted out of life. He was struggling mentally and felt like he was losing more control as each day passed. Working in the emergency services, he saw daily, people who were deteriorating and who found themselves in 'the vicious cycle'. (Depressed because they didn't do what they know they should have, and then not doing anything because they are depressed). He did not want to be on that path.

So he set out on a long painful journey of research and hard work, with a view initially, to achieve a better quality of life. In 6 months, his life turned around. As he talked to people about his journey, in the pub, at work and even in his own family gatherings, he saw people were interested everywhere he went, and would often ask him for advice on how to apply his system to their issues. That was when it became apparent for Sam, that there were many people, some of whom were on his doorstep, who also needed this system.

Now, in 2021 he launched The Good Life Project. All the research he conducted, along with the lessons learnt in life, and from mentors compiled into one Wellbeing system. The system has 3 stages:

-S1 - Establish strong foundations

-S2 - Incorporate Performance Enhancers into your life

-S3 - Goal achievement and helping others

The GLP combines a lecture style training method with open 1 to 1 consultations to support individuals to become stronger, whilst learning how to get the best out of their lives, and how to encourage others to do the same.

Together, we can change the world.
